Sculpture is my main practise. I use cast iron, bronze and copper in my work. I contort squeeze and twist figures into existence expressing a feeling through shape and surface texture. Often my figures are in pairs which create a relationship with the viewer and each other. I often make pieces in plaster and then decide whether to cast them in bronze.When working in cast iron I sometimes use sand boxes, working directly into the sand or make a form in plastecine.
